Medium Pipe
The medium carrying PE100 inner pipe material is corrosion and incrustation-free. The system is available in dimensions from d32 to d450 and can resist pressure up to 16bar (at a medium temperature of 20°C).
Insulation
Depending on the dimensions of the pipe and the operating temperatures, the GF HE insulation foam varies between 22mm and 40mm in thickness. The insulation ensures reliable temperature regulations from -50°C up to 60°C.
Pipe Jacket
The piping system is very robust thanks to the HDPE jacket of the COOL-FIT piping. This protects the insulation foam and provides an extra layer of insulation. A weatherproof jacket option is also available.
COOL-FIT 2.0
COOL-FIT 2.0 is a plastic chilled-water piping system that is guaranteed not to corrode or be affected by the formation of condensation. The rapid installation time and high energy efficiency make this system a prime option for building owners, general contractors and planners as part of commercial/residential construction, data center design and process cooling applications.
Operating temperature range 0°C to 60°C from 25mm to 125mm.
