By combining the core pipe, high efficiency insulation and a robust outer jacket into a single step, the system eliminates the need for post-insulation and hot works, ensuring a 100% condensation free, corrosion-resistant cooling circuit that is guaranteed for a minimum 25 year lifespan.

Inner medium pipe
Manufactured from PE100, the carrier pipe is corrosion and incrustation free. Available in dimensions from D32 to D450, it is capable of handling pressures up to 16 bar (at 20°C).
High efficiency insulation
Utilising GF HE insulation foam (22mm to 40mm thick depending on pipe diameter), the system ensures highly reliable thermal regulation from -50°C to 60°C.
HDPE outer jacket
The highly durable, impact resistant high density polyethylene (HDPE) outer jacket protects the core insulation from mechanical damage and moisture ingress. A UV/weatherproof jacket option is available for outdoor runs.
COOL-FIT 2.0
Engineered specifically for secondary chilled water loops in commercial buildings and standard process cooling applications. Designed as a 3 in 1 fully integrated system, its a 100% corrosion and condensation free alternative to post insulated metal systems. It operates reliably with medium temperatures from 0°C to 60°C. It's simple installation and lightweight handling dramatically reduces the need for heavy lifting equipment on site and minimises structural load on buildings.
COOL-FIT 4.0
Cutting edge, heavy duty technology engineered for extreme commercial and industrial low temperature refrigeration. It is the premier pre-insulated piping system specifically designed for secondary cooling loops utilising brine, glycol, ethanol and chilled water. Built entirely from corrosion-free plastic components, it eliminates the risk of interruptions in the cold chain and product losses due to system degradation. Engineered for extreme thermal demands from -50°C to 60°C, with sizes from 25 to 200mm available.
